Capacity building of the intellectual level of young people and their capacity building. To see the realization of a peaceful and developed Afghanistan where: there is vibrant civil society, justice and equal rights for both women and men, human rights are observed, and the Afghan society is more tolerant, and violence free, and women are equally contributing in the economic development of Afghanistan. 

SSOD contributes in the development of an active and thriving civil society in Afghanistan where women and men have equal rights and access to resources through provision of training/ capacity building, income generation, awareness raising, peace building, networking, and advocacy services. SSOD provides its services in a transparent, gender sensitive and professional manner to common man, civil society organizations and government.
